- Must fermentation in 500-l oak barrels
- 12 months aging on the lees in wooden barrels
- Further 6 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks

Wine description
Complex, full-bodied, and long-lived: Our Pinot Blanc Riserva combines fruit, structure, and delicate wood. A golden gem from Caldaro – as versatile and alert as the salamander.
