    • Must fermentation in 500-l oak barrels
    • 12 months aging on the lees in wooden barrels
    • Further 6 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks

    Calcareous gravel

Wine description

Complex, full-bodied, and long-lived: Our Pinot Blanc Riserva combines fruit, structure, and delicate wood. A golden gem from Caldaro – as versatile and alert as the salamander.

  • Aroma: highly complex play of aromas with notes of red apples, Williams pear and melon with restrained underlying notes of wood
  • Taste: powerful on the palate with a harmonious body; fresh mineral aftertaste
