For generations, the Niklas winery has embodied the combined knowledge of the Sölva family. Father Dieter – the cellar master - oversees production, ensuring the careful maturation of wines rich in character, while the sons Michael and Maximilian tend to the vines. A true family project – rooted in Kaltern, growing with every grape.

In our cellar, typical South Tyrolean white and red wines with a clear vineyard profile are produced – frequently awarded, widely appreciated. Our wines travel around the world: to Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Scandinavia, overseas – as far as America, Australia, and Japan.

At the Niklaserhof, we leave nothing to chance. On 7 hectares of vineyard spread across 17 carefully selected vineyards around Kaltern, every action is infused with experience, passion, and genuine winemaking craftsmanship.
The result: 13 distinctive wines, vinified in our own cellar – precise, expressive, and perfected down to the last detail.
